Always pleasant and professional. I have been a patient since 1998 and still as good as ever.

Wonderful staff and very efficient! They let me know up front what the cost will be after insurance so I can choose to do the needed work or not. I have not had anything done that was out of line or not needed. I feel they have concern for my individual care.

I always get in at my scheduled time. People are knowledgeable, personable, and positive. I feel heard—my questions are answered and I understand explanations given.

If i could give 10 stars, i would! I've never had a good experience with the dentist, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well taken care of I was. The moment I walked in I was treated as if I had been going there for years. The entire staff was so friendly. It was a full comprehensive visit and I felt like they took their time and made sure I was fully aware of every aspect of his my teeth are doing, and options for preventative care. Typically I'm used to being confused on how much my visit would cost, and just waiting for the bill, but at great NW dental they were up front about what they were billing and how much I would be responsible for. I will
be recommending this dentist to everyone I know.

I wanted to write a review for this great office and forgot that I had already done one 7 years ago. I hardly ever write reviews so I will just add to my last one, below, emphasizing that this place continues to knock it out of the park. This time I had the pleasure of having Dr. Portia Cao. She is now my faborite dentist. She removed an old crown, followed by a root canal and installing a new perfect fitting crown, all in 2 hours. I watched her and her assistant work like a perfectly practiced team that read each other's minds, knowing exactly what instrument was needed in every step of the way. Dr Cao was meticulous to detail, and very quick, which I loved because I hate having my mouth wedged. If you ever have feared the dentist, this is the place for you. Thank you to all the staff that works there, you are wonderful.

When my long-time dentist, doctor Price decided to retire, he sold his business to the practice literally right on the other side of the wall - Great Northwest Dental. At first, I considered switching to someone a little closer to my home at this point but gave them a shot when one of mold crowns fell off - actually two of them - what fun. I was not only impressed with the bedside manner both of both doctors Joshua and Lindsey Papac, a husband-and-wife team but I was also impressed with their dental skills and use of modern technology. I literally walked out two hours later on the same day with a new crown that fit perfectly right after it was made on the spot. The other crown needed some oral surgery and a post. They made the appropriate referral to an oral surgeon, and again, as I have followed up with the Papac doctors (I have used them both and they are both great), I have continually been impressed with all aspects of their practice. I am also a doctor and have been in practice for 26 years, so I know a thing or two about how these things work, and this is the first google review I have ever posted. I would highly recommend this clinic to all.
