had a dental emergency today, and this office fit me right in. I was so grateful! The front desk was friendly and welcoming, and the staff was gentle and took time to explain everything, even with such short notice. I never felt rushed, and they made a stressful day so much easier. You can tell this office really cares about its patients. As a sweet bonus, they sent me home with a gift bag, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist who shows up for you when you need it most!

Everytime I visit Great NW Dental. I have a great experience. They are wonderful and really care about their patients. I found the dental staff to be genuine, welcoming and caring. With the complimentary extras it felt like I was in a spa. They have the newest equipment where everything can be done right in their office. Highly recommend.

As someone with Dentist anxiety who needed relatively quick care. This place was fabulous. I will be returning for routine care. Everyone from front office team to the Dr was lovely. Also appreciated the they reviewed what was happening first then presented with the plan and why and then cost of that plan before we resolved my issue same day.

The clinic is incredibly high-class and welcoming. The entire staff is professional, super friendly, and they treat you with the utmost care and respect. From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care and outstanding customer service!

I’m always very comfortable when I come here! It’s nice and clean in the waiting area and the individual rooms. All the people you meet are all smiles and so friendly! Out of pocket costs are great after insurance, and they have financial plans and their own membership deal if you don’t have insurance! They always explain and show the exact costs of any procedures done, great transparency! They have very new technology and the images and information they can gather from your teeth is amazing! You can get the usual freebies (toothbrush and floss). They have different flavored lip balms, and a comfort menu that you can choose from! I’m definitely bringing my husband here in the future and recommending friends and family to come here too!

All in the office are so polite and respectful! Katerine is professional and very gentle! I met a new doctor and she is really nice and friendly! Thank you!
