My initial research of Great NW Dental was reading an impressive review list. The website is comprehensive. Once I started engaging the office staff the communication was consistent with outstanding correspondence, digital reminders and check-in. Jamie is a highly skilled and knowledgeable Dental Hygienist who spent considerable time scanning my teeth and taking digital images. Dr Cronkite was thorough and explained options for my dental issues. At checkout I was scheduled for “tooth repair” and by the time I got home there was an estimate. Beginning to end was an amazing dental experience. Thank you!

She took care of my teeth this morning, and despite the fact that I had not had a cleaning in several years, she did an outstanding job while making me feel completely comfortable throughout the visit.

I hate going to the dentist and dread every appointment due to my anxiety. Went in for my new patient appointment and couldn't be happier. The staff was nice, friendly and explained all that was being done during the appointment. They have different sedation options which is a huge plus for me. I recommend this place to anyone that suffers from "dental office" anxiety.

My first time coming in, and my hygienist was super nice and she’s super detailed told me everything that she was going to do and check on me, the new dentist Christine was super easy to talk to and just overall liked my cleaning experience !

This was the greatest experience ever. From Jaime at the front desk to doctor Amanda to Edith my hygienist. I’ve been scared and have had the worst experiences with dental on the past. The hygienist Edith was very gentle and made me feel comfortable. I was relaxed at all times. Dr Amanda was very nice and comforting. Jaime at the front was very sweet. I love this place. I highly recommend it.

I am an unenthusiastic dental patient under the best conditions, but the folks at Great Northwest made it easy. From initial reception through to the admin at the end everything was friendly and easy. They have great hygienists and their equipment is state of the art. Imaging is all dome from your treatment room.
