Dr. Amanda Cronkhite

Born and raised in Vancouver, Canada (eh!), Dr. Amanda Cronkhite developed an early appreciation for dentistry thanks to her mother, who is also a dentist. Many dinner-table conversations revolved around oral health, shaping her passion for the field. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Queen’s University in Ontario before obtaining her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University in Philadelphia.

To further enhance her skills, Dr. Amanda completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Utah Hospital, where she trained alongside Dr. Portia Cao. During this program, she gained experience in advanced procedures, treating medically complex patients, and providing comprehensive care.

Dr. Amanda is committed to preventative intervention, patient comfort, and long-term oral health solutions. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry, from pain relief and functional restoration to aesthetic transformations. Her treatment approach is centered on honest communication and individualized care to help patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.

As a strong advocate for lifelong learning, Dr. Amanda continuously expands her expertise. She plans to further her education in full rehabilitation crown and bridge work, implantology, and Invisalign® to provide her patients with the best treatment options available.

Outside of the office, she embraces the outdoors—hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter—and enjoys running, drawing, and recently learning guitar. She also values time with her family and friends and takes pride in her Japanese and British heritage.
